PLEASE if you are unwell, we kindly ask you to cancel your appointments allowing us as much notice as possible (24+ hours notice helps us greatly) to reschedule other guests and employees.
Please kindly cancel your appointments & reschedule if you:
✅have recently returned from overseas
✅have flu like symptoms
✅have sick family members
We kindly ask you to help us by washing your hands thoroughly before & during your time with us, please use our hand sanitisers provided. You may notice our staff are wearing gloves in a larger variety of treatments such as massages & wearing a face mask but please do not be alarmed it is for our safety as well as our guests due to we work closely with many people each day.
Please come to your appointments on your own during this time so we can minimise risk with unwell children or friends in our waiting areas. Clients are required to sanitiser hands on entry to the salon.
Our rooms, bench surfaces, floors and doors are wiped down after every clients exits along with a continual wipe down of the common areas.
